에러
RuntimeError: Sniffing and sending packets is not available at layer 2: winpcap is not installed.
You may use conf.L3socket orconf.L3socket6 to access layer 3
scapy 모듈 사용시 winpcap이 설치되있지 않아 발생하는 에러입니다.
해결방법
WinPcap 을 설치합니다.
